My name is Hannah Hayes, and I am in my final-year of the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I also Received my Bachelor of Interior Architecture at UT, where I built a strong foundation in spatial design, materials, and user experience.

Throughout my education, I have stayed hands-on. I participated in a design-build studio and worked with Altar’d State in a retail-focused studio, which gave me direct insight into brand identity, customer experience, and the full process of bringing a design to life.

I am passionate about how our environments shape daily life. My academic work spans a wide range of project types and design scales, allowing me to explore different genres and approaches within architecture. I approach each project with curiosity, care, and a commitment to creating meaningful, well-considered spaces. As I continue to grow as a designer, I hope to stay thoughtful about the people and communities my work touches and to create spaces that support and inspire them.
